Why this company exists
Patrick "Pat" Rahm started Custom Baths of Toledo after seeing the same story too many times: a homeowner in an older Northwest Ohio house — a 1920s layout, a mid-century ranch with the original pink tile, a tub jammed into a five-foot wall — who couldn't get a straight answer, a fair price, or in some cases a finished job. National brands wanted to force a template into a room it didn't fit. Local generalists didn't want the hard rooms at all.
Pat's background is hands-on craftsmanship — the kind of building where the parts nobody sees get the same care as the parts everybody does. That's the standard this company was built on, and it shows up most in the step you'll never see: moisture-proof backing behind every wet wall, so the beautiful room stays a sound room.
